30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience any issue with your order within 30 days of delivery, we will resolve it — no hassle, no runaround.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working due to a defect, we'll send you a free replacement immediately. Simply email us at hello@thedopaminedrip.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue

We'll get a replacement out to you within 1–2 business days of confirmation. No need to ship anything back.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll ship the correct one right away at no cost to you.

Order Never Arrived

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days or your package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship or issue a full refund — your choice.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you're unsure about a product, reach out before ordering — we're happy to help.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
